John Elijah offers FREE standard shipping for all United States orders.  

International Orders - You are charged on a per order basis with the actual shipping cost. For some countries, there may be a customs charge which we have no control over. 

*Keep in mind that we normally don't ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update from time of your purchase.

We print and fulfill all our apparel once you place an order. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing and 3-4 business days for shipping depending on your location. 

Please note that 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and more than 50% are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for your package. We will send you an email with tracking information, but if you need any further assistance you will need to contact the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

International sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. The exception is if the item arrived damaged or with a defect.  

International orders will naturally take substantially longer to arrive and may include an international processing fee.  Also, we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the United States.

EXCHANGES

On sale item sales are final and are not eligible for exchanges.

Our exchange policy last 14 days. If there are any issues with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a same-item exchange, the item must be in new condition, unused, not worn, not washed and without any type of stain, body odor or fragrance. It must be in the new condition that you received it.  If it arrived to you damaged or with a defect then we will accept your exchange.

Color Disclaimer:

The color of the shirt might be slightly different than the pictures we provide. Lighting plays a big roll on the color of the shirts. We use the absolute best and most professional photography and lighting sources available. However, sometimes in different lighting, the shirt could either look a little lighter or darker than the pictures we provide. A person's phone brand, screen resolution etc.. all play into how colors look. WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES/RETURNS on shirts that are "Lighter than the picture we show" or "Darker than the picture we show".
This is why we provide this disclaimer. Light changes all colors. When you are indoors, the color of the shirt will slightly change as when you are outdoors in the light.

You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs for getting the item back to us for an exchange.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email that we have received it and send out the new item. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process, print and get you the new item.  We will send out a new tracking number once it is shipped.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURNS

On sale item sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

We only accept returns for items with manufacturer damage or defects.

Please consider exchanging your item before requesting a refund.  

The item must be in new condition, unused, not worn, not washed and without any type of stain, body odor or fragrance. It must be in the new condition that you received it.  If it arrived to you damaged or with a defect then we will accept your return.

To initiate a product return, please email us at support@johnelijah.com, include your name, order number, and reason for return within the body of the email. Put “Returns” in the subject line.  If you email us, also please include a photo of the damage or defect.  You can also use our Contact Form. Make sure to include the requested information.  We will email you with instructions on where to send it.

Once your item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email, letting you know the status. If approved, we will then process your return, and the original credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 -14 days after we approve the return for your refund, as can take that long to post to your payment account.
